About the Capital Campaign

Charlotte Rescue Mission has launched a capital campaign to raise $10 million to expand Dove’s Nest, our women’s program. This amount includes the funds needed for construction and for three years of operating expenses.

Through a generous donation, we were able to purchase 11 acres of land off of West Boulevard, and we now own it debt free.

We need your help to complete this incredible project. We already have a significant amount raised through pledges and grants. Please consider how you might be able to get involved in making miracles happen at our new facility.

Dear Friends,

Right now, we have just 12 program beds for our Dove’s Nest women’s program. Who knows how many more women are on the streets because we didn’t have the space available for them? That number is about to change.

Charlotte Rescue Mission will build a new 90 bed facility to give hurting and broken women a second chance. I want you to be a part of that. If you feel that God is laying it on your heart to help in some way, I’d like to invite you to attend a “Lunch and Learn” at the current Dove’s Nest facility. You can leave your check book at home, this is merely an informal way to introduce you to the Dove’s Nest program and share our vision for a new facility. Email Lyn Breda to schedule an appointment.
